This one of a kind painting by Tamara Robertson is painted in gouache (opaque watercolor) on acid free archival paper. This painting is 30"H x 22"W and is unframed.
"One Night..." is part of an ongoing series of paintings which happen in the wee hours of the mornings, when many artists are likely to be awakened by an active brain, or a full moon shining straight through the window. This particular painting was painted to be viewed in either vertical direction. "One Night" quickly changes from a familiar earthly moonscape, to something more alien on being turned upside down...or perhaps it is right side up! It is for you to decide.
